Greater Louisville Behavior Health Center

The mission of Greater Louisville Behavioral Health Center is to provide services surrounding behavioral health and substance use disorder, especially to those in the criminal justice system through:

Education about substance use disorder & its consequences

Behavioral health substance misuse prevention

Community support for those going through such addiction

Community reflection on substantive data concerning this issue

Engagement with State & Local government leaders about legislation that will enable healthy behavior, adequate funding, and positive policy decisions

Reformation of the criminal justice system partnering with state and local legal community leaders in dealing with such issues

GLBHC works to build a strong network of community partners with experience in behavioral health, substance use recovery, social services, and the criminal justice system. Through these partnerships, we strive to improve access to support, strengthen community resources, and create better outcomes for individuals and families.
