Options Unlimited is a Kentucky nonprofit organization dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities achieve greater independence, meaningful employment, community inclusion, and an improved quality of life.

For more than 30 years, Options Unlimited has provided individualized services designed around each person’s strengths, interests, abilities, and goals. Our programs include Supported Employment, Adult Day Services, and Pre-Employment Transition Services for students preparing to enter the workforce.

Through our Supported Employment Program, we help individuals explore career options, develop job skills, connect with local employers, secure competitive employment, and receive ongoing support to maintain success on the job. Our team works closely with each person to identify employment opportunities that provide purpose, financial independence, and a sense of belonging.

Our Adult Day Program offers a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where participants build daily living skills, strengthen social connections, volunteer in the community, participate in recreational activities, and increase their independence. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we create meaningful opportunities based on each participant’s personal interests and needs.

Options Unlimited also partners with local schools to provide Pre-Employment Transition Services. These services help students with disabilities prepare for life after high school through career exploration, workplace readiness training, self-advocacy instruction, counseling on postsecondary education, and work-based learning experiences.

Funds raised through Give for Good Louisville will support essential services, community-based activities, transportation needs, employment supports, program supplies, technology, and other resources that directly benefit individuals with disabilities. Donations also help Options Unlimited continue providing services during periods when traditional funding sources may not fully cover the growing needs of our community.
