The Power Source is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting wellness in mind, body, and spirit.  We achieve our mission through education, physical training, and health advocacy for marginalized communities. 

Your generous donations will support the following projects - 

**Community Garden - Teach hands-on planting, growing, and harvesting, empowering community members to cultivate their own food.

**Sponsor Funds - Provide financial support so children and adults facing financial constraints can access personal training and wellness coaching.

**Wellness Seminars and Workshops - Guide the community in understanding the connection between nutrition, performance, mindset and overall wellness.

On Give for Good Louisville, The Power Source is challenging 100 people to give $100 to help The Power Source raise $10,000 in ONE DAY—supporting health, movement, nutrition education and wellness opportunities for communities that experience disparities in access to these resources.
