Important Dates

• June 1 at 12:00 a.m. – Annual registration opens

• July 10 at 5:00 p.m. – Late registration begins (registration fees double during this time)

• Aug 1 at 12:00 a.m – Registration ends

• August 10 – Prize pool finalized

• Sept 7 at 12:00 a.m. – Early Giving begins

• Sept 10, 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. – Give for Good Louisville

• Sept 11 at 12:00 p.m.  – Late Giving ends

• May 11 – 30-minute office hours with the Community Foundation begin and occur every Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

• June 16 – Getting Started on the Platform Webinar by Mightycause

• July 7 – Fundraising on the Platform Webinar by Mightycause

• Aug 4 – In-Person Giving Day Workshop by the Community Foundation of Louisville in partnership with 20/twenty Strategic Consultants

• August 13 – Prizes & Payouts Webinar by the Community Foundation of Louisville

• Sept 25 - First Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) disbursement by Mightycause Charitable Foundation (MCF)

• Oct 10 – Check and final EFT disbursement by MCF
