At BAYA we believe every girl deserves to be seen, valued, heard, and respected. We are trying to build girls up in love and confidence! I have had the pleasure of working for BAYA for 2 years now. The work being done is amazing and I am so blessed to be apart of it. 

I often tell the girls they teach me as much as I teach them.  Being at BAYA means growth for all of us, no matter the age. The work we are doing is so valuable and rewarding for our future. The connections and impact we are making with youth is truly life changing and sometimes life saving!
