I believe kids need more than someone telling them they can dream big—they need opportunities to see and experience what’s possible.

That’s why I’m so proud to serve on the board of I Would Rather Be Reading.

Through IWRBR’s Career Pathways programming, I’ve been able to share my experience in aviation and aeronautics with kids in ways that bring an entirely new world to life. Our students have toured airports, explored airplanes up close, flown drones, and learned about careers they may never have known existed.

There’s something pretty incredible about watching a child experience that for the first time.

IWRBR creates those moments every day. They connect kids with people, places, careers, and experiences that expand what they believe is possible for their futures—and I love being able to play a small part in that.

Whether I’m sponsoring an event, volunteering my time, or introducing kids to the world of aviation, showing up for IWRBR means showing up for kids.
