Jeff Smith’s Fundraiser for Art Sanctuary

Before I ever joined the Art Sanctuary board, I was a patron. I came to events as an audience member, and what I witnessed there was magic.

A community of amazing people, collaborating on inspiring projects — artists showing up for each other, teaching each other, building something real. It was the kind of place that makes you want to be part of it, not just watch it.

So in 2020, I joined the board. Six years later, I'm still here — because that magic never stopped. And now it's about to get bigger than ever.

We just moved into a new warehouse in the Portland neighborhood. Space big enough for classes, performances, and a whole neighborhood of artists waiting for a door to walk through.

But a space this big doesn't fill itself. Lights, studios, bathrooms — the obstacles are real, and funding is what moves them. That's where you come in.

I'm not asking for a fortune. I'm asking 25 people who to give what they can to support the efforts of this amazingly talented community. With your support, the dream gets a home.
