Copes Hope Equine Assisted Services Incorporated

Copes Hope Equine Assisted Services provides life-changing equine-assisted programs for children, youth, and adults facing mental health challenges, intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, trauma, and other life obstacles. Through therapeutic riding, equine-assisted counseling, and equine-assisted learning, we help participants build confidence, independence, emotional well-being, communication skills, and hope.

In 2026, Copes Hope is proudly serving more than 200 individuals and families throughout our community, offering a safe and supportive environment where horses become partners in healing, growth, and personal achievement. Many of our participants experience breakthroughs that are difficult to achieve through traditional settings alone, developing trust, self-esteem, resilience, and meaningful connections.

Your support during Give for Good Louisville on September 10, 2026 helps provide scholarships, horse care, adaptive equipment, program supplies, and expanded services for individuals who might otherwise be unable to access these life-changing opportunities.
