Falls City Medical Society Initiative, Inc. (FCMS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing health equity by supporting Black physicians, developing the next generation of healthcare professionals, and improving the health of underserved communities throughout Louisville and beyond. As the local chapter of the National Medical Association, our mission is to be a leading force for health equity, parity in medicine, and the elimination of health disparities through education, mentorship, advocacy, and community engagement.

For decades, FCMS has served as a trusted voice for physicians committed to addressing the unique healthcare challenges facing historically underserved populations. We believe that improving health outcomes begins long before a patient enters the exam room. By investing in physicians, students, and communities, we are building healthier futures for generations to come.
