Founded by Lindsay Haycraft, Doctor of Physical Therapy, pediatric physical therapist with nearly two decades of experience, and world-champion kickboxer with more than 20 years in the sport, RFG Integrative Fitness brings together her professional expertise and lifelong passion for martial arts to create something truly unique for children in our community.

Through adaptive kickboxing, sports conditioning, fitness, and movement, children are encouraged to discover what they can do. They build strength, coordination, confidence, independence, friendships, and the pride that comes from being part of a team.

Every child participates completely free of charge. We believe financial circumstances should never stand between a child and the opportunity to grow stronger and believe in themselves.
