Give for Good Louisville Registration

Please read the Terms of Service before completing the registration form below. 

Join us for Give for Good Louisville on September 12, 2024! The confidential information you provide in the registration form will be used to validate your eligibility to participate in Give for Good Louisville and prize incentives. We have also included demographic questions to understand the organizations that comprise our Give for Good Louisville participants. 

The fee for participation in this program depends on the organization's gross annual revenue size (found on line 12 of IRS 990, or <$50k if filing a 990-N). Registration fees range from $50 to $300 and will be used for the operational costs of Give for Good Louisville. The deadline to register is July 9 at 5 p.m. ET. Please note that organizations may still register during the late registration period from July 10 to August 1, but the fees double during this time.

Registration fees

Give for Good Louisville determines registration fees based on the gross annual revenue (found on line 12 of IRS 990, or <$50k if filing a 990-N)

  • Tier 1 (< $50,000): $50 / $100 late registration fee

  • Tier 2 ($50,000 - $249,999): $70 / $140 late registration fee

  • Tier 3 ($250,000 - $1,499,999): $150 / $300 late registration fee

  • Tier 4 (≥ $1,500,000): $300 / $600 late registration fee
