2NOT1: Fatherhood & Families, Inc. is a community-based nonprofit organization committed to strengthening families, empowering fathers, and creating safer, healthier, and more supportive communities for children and families.

Founded in 2005, 2NOT1 was built on a simple but powerful belief: Children thrive when families are supported, and fathers have meaningful opportunities to be involved in their children’s lives. For more than two decades, 2NOT1 has worked alongside fathers, children, caregivers, and community partners to address the challenges that can create barriers to healthy family relationships and long-term stability.

Our work takes a whole-family, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach. We recognize that families often face multiple challenges at the same time, including behavioral health needs, parenting concerns, family conflict, economic instability, transportation barriers, and limited access to supportive resources. Rather than focusing solely on problems, 2NOT1 helps individuals and families identify their strengths, build skills, develop healthy relationships, and create pathways toward lasting change.
