Built 4 This Track Club and Academy is more than a sports program — we are a movement for excellence, equity, and empowerment. Our mission is to elevate young athletes through rigorous training, academic mentorship, and inclusive community engagement. Every sprint, every study session, every story we share reflects our commitment to nurturing confident, well-rounded youth prepared to lead on and off the track.

Our unique framework blends athletics with academic accountability and character development. Student athletes participate in our Built For This "Success" Program, requiring regular progress reports and maintaining a 2.0+ GPA to remain eligible to compete. We partner with Sowing Seeds of Faith to create personalized academic and wellness plans, including mental health coaching for students who need additional support.

Community Initiatives

• Youth For Inclusion: This youth-led program centers the voices of young people to define “what’s next” for building inclusive communities.

• Relays for Inclusion Louisville: A celebratory event honoring individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, featuring interactive relay races, resource booths, and family-friendly activities. We’ve served over 500 families and returned more than $30,000 to local nonprofits supporting disability advocacy.

• Academic & Mental Wellness Support: Through collaborative planning and coaching, our student athletes and parents co-create environments where academic achievement thrives alongside emotional resilience.
