Many of the individuals we serve are seeking a pathway to economic mobility and long-term career success. Through the Academy, apprentices receive hands-on training, professional development, leadership coaching, industry-recognized certifications, and paid work experiences that prepare them for family-sustaining careers in engineering, construction, and infrastructure-related industries.

Why Your Support Matters

One of the most important components of our apprenticeship program is paid on-the-job training. Apprentices work alongside experienced professionals, gaining real-world experience while earning wages and developing the skills necessary for long-term success.

Employer partners commit to funding approximately 50 percent of apprentice wages and providing supervision, mentoring, and hands-on training opportunities. Community support and corporate sponsorships help bridge the gap by providing resources that make apprenticeship participation possible.
