Floyd County Animal Rescue League

Since 1977, FCARL has been dedicated to the companion animals of Floyd County. We work with the New Albany Animal Shelter and the Tri-County Animal Shelter, and provide volunteers and financial support for needs such as vaccinations, testing supplies, medications, spay/neuter surgeries, foster and breed rescue assistance, and adoption support. 

 FCARL helps reduce the number of unwanted and homeless animals by providing spay and neuter vouchers for companion animals in Floyd County and offering Trap, Neuter, Return services for community cats. 

Medical vouchers are also available to Floyd County residents to help assist in covering urgent veterinary visits.

FCARL also distributes pet food to Floyd County residents struggling to afford to feed their pets.
