In With Out Incorporated is a nonprofit organization that is committed to Helping Healers Heal. We aspire to embody and ground ourselves in the values of authenticity, hope, resilience, rest, justice, and equity. Collaboratively, we come alongside our partners to facilitate a process of discovery and growth.  We engage with evidence-based experiential activities including storytelling, nature, art, movement, and mindfulness to move through the cycles of In, With, and Out.
