Our Mission 

For nearly 50 years, Kentucky Youth Advocates (KYA) has dedicated itself to improving child well-being, public policies, and the systems that impact children, families, and communities. As Kentucky's only multi-issue, statewide child advocacy organization, KYA operates throughout the Commonwealth, from urban centers to mid-size and rural communities.

As we look ahead to Election Day and the 2025 state legislative session, it's as important as ever for child advocates to stay "in the know" and be equipped to speak up for Kentucky kids.
