Kentucky Advocates for Inclusion & Accessibility

A nonprofit organization

You spoke. We listened. And we grew.

KY IEP Advocate is now Kentucky Advocates for Inclusion and Accessibility - KAIA. We have rebranded to reflect a wider focus on accessibility and inclusion - for every child, every family, every community.

We are still here. Still advocating. Still with you.

The mission of Kentucky Advocates for Inclusion & Accessibility (formerly KY IEP Advocate) is to support community members, parents, and caregivers with accurate, reliable information to become the best advocates for inclusion and accessibility in home, school, and community settings. This builds strong, productive relationships between community members, schools and businesses that improve experiences for disabled and non-disabled people. This organization is defined by a community with improved access to accurate, reliable information, strong productive relationships, and quality inclusive experiences for everyone. We envision a community where home, school and community settings are inclusive and accessible to everyone regardless of their ability or disability.

We have continued to expand our inclusive programming in 2025, and we look forward to building and supporting more inclusive, accessible, and empowered communities in Kentucky!
