Leadership Harrison County

We're entering our 31st year pursuing our mission to "develop servant leaders for tomorrow." We approach this mission with year-long programs for youth and adults, bringing together residents who are driven to learn more about their neighbors and themselves, and use their skills to build a stronger community. Our youth participants come together from all our county's public schools to explore topics that include servant leadership, people styles, public speaking, poverty, and personal mission, as they work in small teams to volunteer with local nonprofits. Our adult participants explore similar topics and add a class-directed project. Our 2025 graduating class installed new commercial dryers, revamped the clothes closet, and added a mural to Harrison County Community Services.
