Louisville Junior Rowing Boosters

Louisville Junior Rowing Boosters is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to supporting the athletes, coaches, and overall mission of the Louisville Rowing Club Juniors, the competitive youth rowing program serving high school students from Louisville, surrounding counties, and the surrounding Southern Indiana region. The booster club serves as the foundation of off-the-water support, playing a vital behind-the-scenes role in helping the team succeed both competitively and culturally.

While coaches focus on athlete development (physically and mentally) and training on the water, the booster club provides support to the operational, financial, and logistical needs that make a complete team experience possible. From first-time novices learning to row to seasoned varsity athletes competing at regattas, Louisville Junior Rowing Boosters works to ensure every rower is supported in their Louisville Rowing Club Experience- from Registration through Regattas!

• Communication & Team Coordination: We help connect coaches, athletes, and families by coordinating support for rowers and parents during regattas—making sure everyone stays informed and on the same page throughout the season.

• Regatta Support & Logistics: From meals and lodging to equipment transport and tent setup, we manage the details for every race weekend so athletes and coaches can focus on performance—not logistics.

• Equipment & Supplies: Rowing is a gear-heavy sport. Your support helps us maintain and improve boats, oars, cox boxes, and safety equipment—ensuring every athlete has access to safe, race-ready tools.

• Support: We assist with helping build a strong, supportive and nurturing environment for all rowers and their families.
