The Future Begins with an Opportunity

At LUCÉ we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to discover their potential and build a future full of possibilities.

Our work is holistic: we walk alongside the student, their family, and their community, always with intention, always keeping our focus on education and each person's independence. We know that a student who feels safe, connected to their school, and supported by a trusted adult is a student who dares to dream big, and that's the heart of our work.

Over the years, the Hispanic community has placed its trust in LUCÉ. That trust is what allows us to reach families directly, step into their homes, and walk alongside them, even in the hardest moments.

In 2025, LUCÉ served 2,522 individuals, most of them young people and their families, through:

• Leadership mentoring and social-emotional support within schools.
• Support for families facing instability or language barriers.
• Life skills development.
• Guidance for academic success and access to college.

The result: a 100% graduation rate among our graduating students, and a sense of belonging that grew from 5.2 to 9.8 out of 10. Since LUCÉ came into their lives, our students have increased their school attendance by 67%, reduced behavioral incidents by 26%, and now maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.06 out of 4.0.

Our support doesn't stop at the classroom. We stand with families through their hardest moments, offering stability, guidance, and steady presence, support that continues long after the headlines fade.
