In Nelson County, many families face rising costs and economic hardship. A traditional Thanksgiving meal is more than sustenance; it is a reaffirmation of dignity, community, and shared grace. Inspired by the Catholic values of St. Vincent de Paul and Catherine Spalding, the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth are committed to providing a Thanksgiving turkey to vulnerable households in Nelson County — and we need your help to make it happen.

We aim to raise $10,000 to provide frozen turkeys to families in Nelson County. As followers of Christ, we live out the corporal work of mercy: to feed the hungry. Your gift during the Give for Good campaign speaks love and tangible care to those often forgotten. In giving, we share in the Eucharistic spirit of breaking bread and opening hearts in service.
