Mission

New Legacy’s mission is to empower formerly incarcerated individuals by providing long-term residential housing, life skills training, vocational education, entrepreneurial mentorship, and spiritual growth, helping them become better parents, partners, and citizens. 

Vision

Formerly incarcerated individuals have broken the cycle of recidivism by building a new legacy within their family and community. 

Who we are

New Legacy is a faith-based, licensed residential treatment facility. We also have a licensure in behavioral health service licensing, specializing in alcohol, drug, and mental health disorders. We use evidence-based, holistic, and family-centered clinical practices to treat and educate individuals and their families about substance use disorders. 

Going beyond clinical care, we offer vocational training in construction and culinary food preparation, available to our residents and the general public. To address the needs of at-risk males ages 12-17 we operate an Evening Reporting Center (ERC), where they learn about emotional regulation and develop job skills through mentorship, volunteer work, and community service.

At New Legacy, we believe healing is possible. Purpose is attainable. And everyone deserves the opportunity to build a new legacy.
