Operation Feedem Ministries

Earl Mason, founder of Operation Feed’em Ministries, is a living testimony of the transforming power of Jesus Christ. Although Earl accepted Christ at age nine, he grew up without a strong church foundation. This lack of grounding eventually led him into more than twenty-five years of addiction, repeated incarceration, and failed attempts at recovery programs.

Everything changed about four years ago when Earl fully surrendered his life to Jesus Christ while in a jail cell. From that moment, the Lord delivered him completely from addiction—no cravings, no triggers, and no need for recovery meetings. Earl emerged a new man: restored to his family, now a husband, a homeowner, and a Young Adult Sunday School teacher at his church.

But Earl knew God had called him to more than rebuilding his own life. The Lord placed a burden on his heart to return to the streets where he once struggled and bring hope, truth, and compassion to people still trapped in addiction and hopelessness.

THE CO-FOUNDING FAMILY

After a few months, Earl and Danielle were joined by Earl’s sister Tiffany Baird and brother-in-law Yogi Baird. Their commitment, service, and shared calling officially helped build the foundation of Operation Feed’em Ministries, with our children also getting involved.

ABOUT THE MINISTRY

Operation Feed’em Ministries is a family-driven Christian outreach serving the homeless, addicted, and underserved with food, compassion, and the Gospel.

CORE OUTREACH WORK

• Street Outreach – Hot meals, prayer, and Gospel ministry in downtown Louisville.
• Recovery Outreach – Testimony and Gospel teaching at Cedar Grove Recovery Center.
• Church Partnerships – Volunteers and families from local congregations joining the mission.

 At Operation Feed’em, our mission is to share the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ with a lost and broken world. We are called to reach those burdened by addiction, homelessness, and despair, as well as widows and all souls longing for hope and redemption. Guided by the Word of God, we seek to be the hands and feet of Christ, serving with compassion and humility.
 
 Our vision is rooted in the Great Commission, to “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15, KJV). With hearts full of love and faith, we provide not only physical sustenance but also the Bread of Life, so that through our efforts, many may come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
 

“For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost” (Luke 19:10, KJV). In obedience to this calling, we endeavor to bring light to the darkness and hope to the hopeless, until every soul has heard the Good News of Jesus Christ

Our vision at Operation Feed’em is to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. We envision a world where every person, especially those trapped in addiction, living on the streets, or struggling in isolation, knows they are deeply loved and valued by God. We strive to create a community where the broken find healing, the lost are found, and the hopeless discover new life in Christ.
 
 We are committed to being a beacon of hope, where the love of Christ flows through acts of service and evangelism, bringing spiritual and physical nourishment to those in need. Inspired by James 1:27, “Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world,” we aim to build relationships that lead to lasting change, both in this life and for eternity.
 
By walking alongside those society has forgotten, we hope to ignite revival in hearts and see entire communities transformed by the Gospel, with every soul having the opportunity to embrace salvation and the abundant life found in Jesus Christ.

Our long term goal is a ranch called the Feed'em Ranch which would be a transitional living
