Turning Conflict Into Connection Since 1982

For more than 40 years, Peace Education Program has taught Louisville's young people to resolve conflict without violence, communicate honestly, and see the value in themselves and each other. This year, our trainers carried those lessons into JCPS classrooms and Family Engagement Nights, and out into the community at Parkland Boys & Girls Club, Shawnee Boys & Girls Club, Neighborhood House, Wesley House, La Escuelita, and Prominent Youth of America, reaching thousands of youth and families where they live, learn, and play.

Now we're growing again. This school year, our Navigators mentoring program is expanding to serve girls for the first time, giving even more young people access to consistent adult mentorship, emotional regulation skills, and a path away from violence.

Your gift on Give for Good Louisville helps us keep showing up, in schools, in community centers, and in the lives of the young people who need us most.

A gift of $50 provides one young person with a two-hour conflict resolution workshop at a Louisville community center, equipping them with tools to resolve conflict peacefully.

A gift of $500 supports one youth through a full year of our Navigators mentoring program, offering consistent guidance, life skills, and leadership development.

A gift of $1,000 provides two weeks of twice-weekly Navigators mentoring sessions for an entire school cohort, giving roughly 15 students hands-on conflict resolution coaching and relationship-building support.

Thanks for the generosity of an anonymous donor, every gift we receive during Give for Good will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $10,000!
