Promoting wellness of the body, mind, and spirit for people who have felt or experienced suffering-

from a Christ-centered, trauma-informed perspective. We use equine-assisted psychotherapy and horticultural therapy techniques with individuals and groups.

Therapy

Individual or group equine-assisted psychotherapy with an LCSW, Equine-

Specialist, and equine partner. Horticultural Education On-demand paper making, botanical

dyeing, and gardening through therapeutic techniques.

Group Events

We are passionate about physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, and the interconnectedness of these parts. We utilize yoga, work with horses, and

often eat great food at our events!
