We believe mental health is just health—and everyone deserves the tools, support, and understanding to thrive.

Our Mission:
To champion mental health and wellness through education, advocacy, and engagement.

Who We Are:

For nearly a decade, The Pete Foundation has worked to change the conversation around mental health through education, advocacy, and action.

A cornerstone of that work is providing free QPR Suicide Prevention training throughout our community, equipping everyday people with the skills to recognize warning signs, the confidence to ask potentially lifesaving questions, and connect someone with valuable community resources. Your support helps us keep these trainings free and accessible to anyone who wants them.

Our work also reaches into workplaces, schools, families, and communities through initiatives like our Big Steps Program in Mental Health, helping workplaces build healthier mental health cultures; Teaming Up for Pete’s Sake, bringing people together through movement and connection; and Find My Feelings, helping children build emotional awareness from an early age.

From grassroots education to policy-level advocacy, everything we do is focused on changing culture, breaking stigma, and creating a community where Mental Health is Health.
