Theta Omega, Incorporated

The Men of Quality mentorship program was started in 1996 by the Theta Omega Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.  Our premise, then and now, is to help young men set realistic goals and realize that the future belongs to those who are prepared.  As college educated professional men, we are role models who share our time, resources and efforts in giving back to our community.

The Men of Quality Initiative works with young men, grades 4th through 12th in Jefferson County Public Schools.  Currently, the Men of Quality program exist in almost 50 schools.

The Mission of Men of Quality is "To inspire male students to set goals that positively impact their paths in achieving their future endeavors."
