We Are Children With a Purpose Charities

Every young person deserves the opportunity to learn new skills, express their creativity, and build a promising future. On September 10, help We Are Children With A Purpose Charities raise $8,000 to expand educational, artistic, and vocational opportunities for Louisville youth.

Every Child Has a Purpose. Every Purpose Needs an Opportunity.

We Are Children With A Purpose Charities believes that where a child lives or how much money their family earns should never determine how far that child can go.

On September 10, We Are Children With A Purpose is participating in Give for Good Louisville with a goal of raising $8,000 to help young people in Louisville learn, create, and build.

Many of the youth we serve live in low-income or subsidized housing and are being raised in single-parent households. Some have experienced poverty, community violence, instability, bullying, trauma, or limited access to enrichment opportunities. Yet these young people are talented, creative, intelligent, and capable of achieving great things when they receive encouragement, resources, and caring guidance.

Through We Can Achieve, children receive educational enrichment, social-skills development, tutoring, community-service experiences, and opportunities that strengthen confidence and academic success.

Through the Expression for a Purpose Arts Program, young people use visual art, dance, poetry, performance, and media to express themselves in healthy and positive ways. The program helps develop confidence, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, artistic talent, and respect for others.

Through Project ASAP, older youth are introduced to automotive repair, vocational education, leadership, mentorship, and entrepreneurship. Participants gain practical skills while discovering career pathways that can lead to employment, financial stability, and self-reliance.

Your gift will help provide program materials, art supplies, educational activities, transportation, automotive tools, safety equipment, youth work shirts, instruction, and mentorship.

On September 10, stand with Louisville’s children. Help us raise $8,000 and put purpose into action—one child and one opportunity at a time.

Give because every child deserves the opportunity to learn, create, and build.
