Empowher With Open Arms and their partner’s aim to provide and sustain a comprehensive family-centered approach for children, parents and families affected by substance use disorders and child abuse and neglect preventing additional trauma while keeping siblings together.

There is an Emerging Drug Trend and it is affecting the Safety and Risk to Children and Parents.  Empowher  focus is to provide services in the community in order to alleviate causing more trauma. We thrive to give greater access to emotional, mental health therapy, education support, parenting groups, adolescent groups, employment support, substance abuse, stable housing and life skills development for the individuals most vulnerable to the cycle of community violence preventing more trauma in their life in an empathetic and safe environment.
