Hope Collaborative empowers young people through transformative mentoring that strengthens social-emotional learning, restores confidence, and guides students toward a brighter future.

Two Life-Changing Programs

During the 2026-27 school year, Hope Collaborative will serve more than 700 students across Greater Louisville and Southern Kentuckiana through two life-changing programs. Our Public School Mentoring Program connects underserved students with consistent, caring adults who help them build resilience, strengthen social-emotional skills, and discover their potential. Our Court Diversion Workshops equip youth with practical tools, positive relationships, and a pathway toward better choices and brighter outcomes.

A Community of Hope

Whether a student is searching for support at school or a second chance after entering the juvenile justice system, our mission remains the same: to ensure every young person knows they are valued, capable, and not alone.

Through partnerships with 120+ schools across nine school districts, 50+ churches, 200+ volunteers, and community organizations, Hope Collaborative is helping young people overcome obstacles, build healthy relationships, and find hope for the future.

This year, we're also strengthening our impact through a new Social Emotional Learning (SEL) assessment initiative, helping schools and families better understand and celebrate student growth.
