What about the young athletes in under-resourced neighborhoods who love the game but can’t afford the glove? What about the boys and girls who dream of the big leagues but are benched by barriers—equipment costs, lack of access, and fields too far away?

Baseball is America’s pastime—but for too many youths, it’s become out of reach.

At On Deck Baseball, Inc., we’re changing that. We host free annual baseball camps that offer not just training, but opportunity. We provide the equipment they need, the coaching they deserve, and the confidence that carries beyond the diamond.

Because it’s not just about baseball—it’s about belonging. It’s about making sure every kid, no matter their zip code, knows they’re still on deck. Their time is coming. And we’re going to help them get there.

Our dream? An indoor baseball facility in the heart of Louisville’s West End, where talent can grow year-round and futures can take shape.
