We help girls heal, stabilize, and thrive.Option to Success Inc. (OTS) is a Louisville-based behavioral health and wraparound services organization serving girls (ages 12–21) and their families. We provide outpatient therapy, licensed residential care, supportive housing (including for families connected to Maupin Elementary), education and workforce supports, and justice diversion. We also operate Kentucky’s only Alternative to Detention program for girls, creating real pathways away from confinement and toward success.

Your gift will launch and sustain the Confidence Closet in partnership with Picture this by LNV Your not your Hair through direct financial assistance not a clothing boutique. Instead of onsite shopping, OTS will provide prepaid e-gift cards, vendor vouchers, or direct vendor payments for:

• Clothing & Footwear for school, work, and court appearances

• Professional Hair Services with trusted stylists and natural-hair specialists

• Hygiene Essentials that match each girl’s needs and preferences

Why funds? It’s faster, more flexible, size-inclusive, and dignity-centered. Girls choose what fits, when they need it, from retailers or service providers that work for them. Families pay no cost.

When basics are out of reach, bullying, absenteeism, and missed opportunities follow. Meeting dignity needs quickly helps girls show up—consistently—for therapy, school, work prep, and court requirements. Confidence opens the door; care and consistency keep it open.
