Rebuilding Our Urban Neighborhood Dwellings (REBOUND, Inc.) is a nonprofit organization that recognizes the need and desire for homeownership in West Louisville. Since the early 90's our mission has been to create opportunities for individuals and families to live in affordable homes, improve their lives and strengthen their communities. By revitalizing neighborhoods in low-to-moderate income households, REBOUND, Inc. has been able to remain a pillar of the West Louisville community for 30 years. Our concentration and efforts to close The Racial Wealth Gap keeps us striving to build more affordable homes as we focus on eliminating barriers that prevent marginalized communities from developing.

REBOUND, Inc. has transformed abandoned properties and made them safe, substantiable and affordable, which allows residents to feel inclusive and have a sense of belonging in their communities.  We are committed to remain influential in the growth of affordable housing and community development. The work that we do in the community proves that when opportunities are presented to stabilize lives, that dreams can be achieved!
