WHO WE ARE

REBOUND, Inc. (ReBuilding Our Urban Neighborhood Dwellings) is a dedicated nonprofit organization that addresses the critical need and desire for homeownership in West Louisville. Since the early 90's our mission has been centered around creating opportunities for individuals and families to access affordable housing, enhance their lives, and strengthen their communities. Through the revitalization of neighborhoods in low- to moderate-income households, REBOUND, Inc. has proudly served as a cornerstone of the West Louisville community for 30 years. 

We understand the pressing need to close "The Racial Wealth Gap," and it inspires us to build more affordable homes. We are deeply committed to actively dismantling the barriers that prevent marginalized communities from reaching their full potential. 

WHAT WE DO

REBOUND, Inc. is a leader in transforming abandoned properties into safe, sustainable, and affordable housing. We empower residents to feel included and foster a strong sense of belonging within their communities.  Our unwavering commitment to affordable housing and community development positions us at the forefront of this vital work. We firmly believe that when opportunities are created to stabilize lives, dreams can be achieved. 

OUR IMPACT

REBOUND, Inc., has made significant strides over its 30 years of operation, successfully developing 205 affordable housing units. For homeownership, 111 were designated, while 94 have been dedicated to providing affordable rental housing.  This accomplishment reflects our ongoing commitment to enhancing community stability and expanding opportunities for low- to moderate-income families.
