Spirit of Sophia

Spirit of Sophia's  vision is that women will be empowered spiritually, therefore bringing strength and wisdom to their families and communities, resulting in a more compassionate world.  

In 2024, we increased our number of women served to more than 700 due to offering two extraordinary virtual programs with authors Sr. Joan Chittister and Jan Richardson, in addition to our monthly circles, workshops and spirituality and art retreats.

Spirit of Sophia invites skilled facilitators and leading-edge spiritual women to headline a wide range of experiential programs that include creative expression, contemplative guidance and personal reflection.  

Spirit of Sophia fills a void for many women specific to exploring spirituality. Women come as seekers looking for depth and connection with the Divine Feminine, bringing their wisdom, questions, scars, fears, and unique experiences. They find affirmation, connection, and rediscover their true voice. They leave with a shared sense of wisdom and empowerment to bring positive change in our World.
