Every child deserves a school that recognizes their potential and teaches the way their minds are wired to learn. The de Paul School is just that kind of school for students with language-based and attention-based learning differences, including dyslexia, ADHD, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia. 

All too often, students with these learning profiles are misunderstood and underestimated. Usually, they find themselves in traditional school settings that don't teach the way they learn. They become frustrated and doubt their own intelligence, watching the gap between themselves and their peers grow over time.

Our research-informed methods and supportive community helps students learn to use their learning differences as powerful strengths. They finally start to see themselves as we see them: brilliant, witty, and full of possibilities. As a result, our alumni beat the odds, pursuing careers in fields of medicine, law, journalism, the arts ... wherever their dreams lead them.
