For 16 years, Anchal has partnered with women in Ajmer, India, to create something more lasting than a beautiful quilt. Together, we create opportunity.

More than 400 women have earned dignified employment through Anchal, using their income to nourish their families, build homes, send children to school, and shape futures that look different from the ones they inherited.

Because when a woman has access to meaningful work and fair wages, she builds stability for herself and invests in the future of her children and her community. One stitch at a time.

The cost of sustaining this work has never been higher. We’re investing in higher wages for our team in India, absorbing rising material and operational costs, and navigating ongoing tariffs. All while remaining committed to the fair wages and stable employment the artisans deserve.
