$15,000 Goal

To shape the future, the Frazier Kentucky History Museum inspires, engages, and educates by connecting Kentucky’s past with its present. As a 501c3 museum located on Museum Row in Downtown Louisville, the Frazier presents and preserves Kentucky history through artifacts, exhibitions, educational programs, Bourbon tastings, and guided tours for visitors of all ages.

This year, the Frazier is taking the museum out on the road! Our award-winning exhibition 120 Cool Kentucky Counties features hundreds of stories from across the Commonwealth—including histories, legends, locations, songs, and oral traditions, all curated at the local level.

This traveling exhibit will feature a sprinter van replicating the museum's 120 exhibit experience. It will include touchscreens, photo ops, directed speakers, artifacts, and facilitators who will help visitors explore the interactive. The exhibit will roll to every county and every corner of the state attending festivals, fairs, concerts, firework shows, libraries, and schools.

Our goal is to ensure that every Kentuckian, young and old, has access to museum-level experiences. We believe that understanding the past is the way to create a better future.
