The Mightycause Charitable Foundation provides bi-monthly disbursements through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Donations are distributed on the 10th and 25th of each month.
Optionally, you can choose to receive funds by check, which are disbursed by the Mightycause Charitable Foundation on the 10th of the following month.

- If you set up to receive your organization's donations via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT):
- EFT Disbursement 1: September 25 - includes any donations made to your organization on September 15
- EFT Disbursement 2: October 10 - includes any donations made to organizations from September 16-19, prizes, and proportionate match pool funds
- If you set up to receive your organization's donations via check:
- Mailed on October 10 - includes any donations made to organizations from September 15-19, prizes, and proportionate match pool funds

Locating the Disbursement Report
Your organization’s disbursement report offers a detailed breakdown of the funds deposited through EFT. If you are an administrator for your organization, follow the steps below:
4. Select Disbursement from the sub-menu or directly from the landing page.
5. After selecting Disbursements you will land on a page with details from each of your payouts. Simply click on one of the items to view the full details.

Understanding the Disbursement Report
Your disbursement report provides a detailed summary, including the donations included in the disbursement, any adjustments applied, and a final breakdown explaining how the total amount deposited into your account was calculated. Reminder: Donations are disbursed around the 10th or 25th for EFT disbursements and around the 10th of the following month for check disbursements. For example, if a donor makes a contribution in January, the disbursement will occur in February.

At the top of your Disbursement Report, you will see some general informaiton including the date the EFT was processed, your organization information, and the amount deposited into your account.
In the next section, you will find every donation that was included in the disbursement, including the date the gift was made, and the amount of the donation.
The third section will contain any adjustments your organization receives.
Finally, you’ll find a summary that combines all the sections outlined above into a single, comprehensive breakdown.
