Dear Kind-Hearted Humans,

Woof! It’s me, Maggie—the beautiful white fluffy rough collie with the tri-colored head who shakes her fluffy tail all the way down the halls. I love booty scratches, giving kisses, and watching every boy dog (especially Toby!) fall a little bit in love when I walk by.

On September 10—the official Day of Giving—my whole pack and I are asking for your help so we can keep spreading joy, calm, and pure doggy magic at Baptist Hospital.

Here’s some of the crew that makes it happen every single day:

•  Holden the Golden – the big friendly guy who thrives on being surrounded by staff or toddlers at the Child Development Center.

•  Toby the seasoned beagle with the frosty face – still rolling with a little arthritis and delivering belly rubs and smiles wherever they’re needed most.

•  Jethro the handsome golden – softest coat in the building and a secret (not-so-secret) passion for garbage cans.

•  Patches – our talented trickster who cheers people up while riding in her stroller with her top-knot looking adorable.

•  Sadie – the beautiful girl with the wiggly butt and happy tail who owns the halls of Baptist East.

•  Luna – little kiss machine who never stops the Titanic pose (or the kisses) from her stroller.

•  Diesel – the striking shiny black Pekingese whose eyes melt every heart (even if you almost can’t see him in the stroller).

•  Jessie – the darker golden full of energy and love to share.

•  Blitz – the well-dressed show dog who never met a stranger.

•  Ivy – my fellow rough collie and the most chill collie ever born; she’ll happily lay on your feet all day.

•  Moose – the biggest dog around… kids could practically ride him like a pony.

•  Dash – gentle spirit who brightens days with calming presence, unconditional companionship, and a wagging tail that lifts spirits and eases anxiety for patients and staff.

•  Finn – the big fluffy white dog (just like me!) who always goes in for the nose to nose boop.

•  Ruby – a seasoned gentle spirit who loves to snuggle.

•  Bernie – full of personality and loves being on the job

•  And the other Maggie (our golden doodle with the big heart and soft coat).

Every donation on September 10 helps keep us trained, healthy, stocked with treats, and ready to visit patients, staff, and families who need a little extra love. Whether it’s a big gift or a small one, every dollar lets us keep shaking our tails, giving kisses, and reminding people that healing can have four paws and a wet nose.
