Fuel the Work with Thrive-RCO

I want to Fuel the Work of Thrive RCO because I understand how impactful the Community Peer Support model is for people in recovery. Feeling an innate sense of safety, understanding of a recovery community that can accompany vulnerable individuals as they begin to work develop their own recovery plans is a vital resource helping our community members rise above the barriers to treatment to reclaim their lives. Building a consistent presence across our service area looks different in every community. This fund can support the transportation and outreach capacity that allows our peers to be present in rural and underserved areas, as well as accessible spaces where individuals can connect with a peer, attend a group, or learn more about available support. It also helps us continue expanding peer-led groups, outreach, and other community-based services where additional support is needed.
