For a year and a half, I’ve proudly supported Mattingly Edge. My journey began with Mattingly Edge when I became their Director of Development in February 2024, and it quickly became clear that this isn’t just another disability service provider. Their focus on autonomy, inclusion, and thriving in ordinary places is what sets them apart—and why this work means so much to me.

Mattingly Edge is about breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They help individuals find meaningful work, build relationships, and live in their own homes. It’s not just about services—it’s about ensuring everyone can lead a life full of purpose!
