Power the Shift. Invest in Change

For over a century, the Louisville Urban League has delivered on the Promise of Change. United, we can change harsh realities for families across our region.
Founded on justice and advocacy, LUL's high-impact workforce, education, and financial skill-building programs change household dynamics from dreams to realities. People served get great jobs, new careers, and discover pathways to buy homes and start businesses.  LUL's mentorship of young people co-creates powerful visions of what is possible in their futures.  LUL delivers on social and economic equality for Black people and others who have been marginalized.  Jobs, Justice, Education, Health, Housing, and Entrepreneurship--check us out at www.lul.org and join my family in supporting the work.  Help LUL fuel its mission on Thursday, September 10, 2026.
