First, something you need to know...

Mattingly Edge is proud to be the ONLY disability support organization in Kentucky that offers exclusively customized, one-to-one supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Unlike traditional programs that group or segregate people, Mattingly Edge believes I deserve the dignity of choice and the opportunity to thrive in ordinary places— like at work, at home, and in the community.

The staff at Mattingly Edge supports me in building a typical life that looks a lot like yours! A life that includes meaningful employment, authentic relationships, and living in a home with people that I have chosen to live with. It’s not just about services—it’s about helping me retain autonomy, inclusion, and belonging in my life.

I have set a VERY lofty goal this year and I will need your help to reach it!!

Your donation will do two things:  1) Help ensure that my services will continue for as long as I need them, and 2) Create opportunities for other people with disabilities in our community to begin pursuing their goals!

Housing Solutions Everyone has a right to live in a home of their own. Through personalized planning and consulting, Mattingly Edge guides people through rental and homeownership options, helping them find a place they can truly call home.  Your support helps create stability, dignity, and belonging—one home at a time.

Community Services Community is stronger when everyone is included. Mattingly Edge helps people discover their interests and strengths, build relationships, and take on valued roles where they live.  Your generosity helps break down barriers so people can connect, contribute, and belong.

Employment Services Everyone has something valuable to contribute to the workforce. Our Employment Specialists work one-on-one to prepare people for meaningful jobs, from planning and training to job placement and ongoing support.  Your donation helps someone earn a paycheck, build skills, and gain the pride of meaningful work.
