The You Glow Girl Conference is more than just a weekend event—it is an empowering experience created to remind girls ages 6 to 16 that they are valuable, capable, beautiful, and worthy of believing in themselves.

The conference gives girls the opportunity to step away from their everyday routines and spend an entire weekend surrounded by encouragement, positive energy, and other girls who are growing and discovering who they are. Staying together at a hotel allows participants to build meaningful friendships, create lasting memories, and experience a sense of belonging in a safe and supportive environment.

Throughout the weekend, girls participate in engaging workshops and interactive activities designed to strengthen confidence, self-love, leadership, creativity, communication, and emotional wellness. They have opportunities to express themselves, learn new skills, ask questions, and discover that their voices matter.

One of the most powerful parts of the conference is hearing from inspiring speakers who come specifically to pour into the girls. Community leaders, professionals, educators, healthcare providers, and other positive role models share their stories, experiences, and wisdom. These speakers help girls understand that success comes in many forms and that their circumstances do not have to determine their future.

The workshops give girls practical tools they can take home and use in their everyday lives.
