At Lavish Hope Foundation, we believe every girl deserves the opportunity to discover her potential, build confidence, and have access to the resources and experiences needed to create a successful future.

Lavish Hope Foundation was created to provide girls and young women with a safe and supportive environment where they can develop personally, professionally, and socially. We use mentorship, education, career exposure, and beauty trades as tools to connect with young women while helping them develop skills that extend far beyond the classroom.

Our programs serve girls and young women through confidence building, self-awareness, hygiene and self-care education, financial literacy, career readiness, leadership development, mentorship, workforce preparation, and exposure to skilled trades and entrepreneurship.

Turning Interests Into Opportunities

Many young women are interested in beauty, hair, nails, skincare, and entrepreneurship, but they may not realize those interests can become pathways to careers, business ownership, financial independence, and higher education.

Lavish Hope Foundation helps bridge that gap.

Through programs such as our Summer Trade Camp, Polished & Prepared Program, internships, school and community programming, and career-development opportunities, participants are introduced to new possibilities while learning the responsibility, professionalism, confidence, and skills necessary to pursue them.

Our Summer Trade Camp provides youth with exposure to beauty trades such as braiding, nails, and eyelash services while incorporating business development, financial education, sanitation, professionalism, leadership, and entrepreneurship.

Our Polished & Prepared Program continues that development by focusing on the whole young woman. Participants strengthen their confidence and self-worth while developing career-readiness, leadership, financial, professional, and life skills that prepare them for their next chapter.

For older participants, internships and career pathways provide opportunities to gain real-world experience in areas such as customer service, inventory, marketing, reception, beauty-industry operations, and entrepreneurship.

Program supplies, instructors, trade materials, hygiene products, educational resources, transportation assistance, meals, career experiences, and other participation costs can quickly become barriers for the young women and families we serve.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 through Give for Good Louisville to strengthen and expand Lavish Hope Foundation’s youth programming.

• Hygiene and self-care products
• Career and workforce-development activities
• Youth transportation, meals, and experiences
