Julie's Give for Good Campaign for St. MAM

In June 2026, a sudden car accident fractured the reality of a local mother and her two little girls. Thankfully, they survived the crash, but they lost their only means of transportation. Without a car, she couldn't get to work. Without work, she couldn't earn an income.

Faced with an impossible choice, she had to exhaust her entire rent savings just to get the vehicle repaired so she could keep her job.

Suddenly, this hardworking mother was standing on the edge of a terrifying chasm—unable to afford rent and terrified of losing the roof over her daughters' heads. Devastated and out of options, she turned to St. Matthews Area Ministries (St. MAM).

Because of donors like you, we were able to step in immediately. We provided emergency rental assistance to keep them safely housed, and stocked their pantry with fresh food while she got back on her feet.

Compassion Bridges the Gap.

Today is Give for Good Louisville. When a crisis creates an abrupt, terrifying gap for our neighbors, your financial support serves as the bridge that holds their lives together.

Over the last 20 years, I have watched this community accomplish some incredible things. To celebrate this milestone, I set a goal to raise $2,000 to fuel our next chapter. Whether it’s $20 for 20 years or a custom gift, your contribution bridges the gap right now—ensuring no neighbor is left stranded in their moment of need.

While donations ANY TIME OF DAY on the 10th are very much appreciated, we are particularly targeting two time blocks to optimize our chances at prizes:

1. 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm - "The Afternoon Drive" - Organizations with the most online donations will be given an additional $1,000 Golden Ticket!

2. 7:15 pm - 7:17 pm - "The Greatest Two Minutes in Giving" - 6 randomly selected donors will receive $5K to $20K for their charity! (Yes, up to $20,000!)
