Help Magnolia Help The Bard

I knew whenever I walked into The Bard I would see someone I knew, have someone to talk to, someone to laugh with. I joked it was my Cheers--and I'm ready for it to be our community hub once again!

I am devoted to bringing The Bard back to its fully glory and we need your help to do that! We are currently working on bringing the Lounge to life in the basement in our new home. When we are finished with construction and design, we will have our full bar set up, as well as the intimate stage setting we knew and loved in the previous space.

With this finished, we will be able to bring to life even more opportunities for karaoke, stand up, improv, trivia, and regular business hours to bring back your home away from home. 

I did my first show at The Bard, Grande Finale,  in 2012. I had no idea then The Bard would become my third space. From countless improv shows with Gonzo Improv and The Hystericals, Harvey, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia's The Nightman Cometh, Unhindered and Ungendered: Disney Villains, Bette's Burlesque, Derby City Playwrights Festival, to trivia and Karaoke on Fridays and Saturdays--The Bard was my home for creating and being with my found family.
