My Why

I support Hosea’s House because its mission is deeply personal to me.

I know what it is like to live in survival mode—to carry the effects of abuse, believe you have to handle everything on your own, and wonder if life can truly be different. I also know what can happen when God places people in your life who believe in you, walk beside you, and remind you that your past does not determine your future.

Hosea’s House became part of my own healing journey before I ever became its Executive Director. I have personally experienced the power of being supported, encouraged, and reminded of who God says I am.

Today, I have the privilege of helping provide that same opportunity for other women and children.

I support Hosea’s House because I have lived enough of this story to know that a safe home can change a life, genuine support can restore hope, and God can redeem what once felt impossible.

Every woman deserves to know she is valued. Every child deserves to feel safe. And every family deserves the opportunity for a new beginning.

This isn’t just a ministry I lead. It’s a mission I believe in because, in many ways, I’ve lived it.
