I am Fundraising for the Group I Foster For!

Kaydee's Promise was founded in 2017 as a no-kill, 100% volunteer-based feline rescue. Our primary mission is to care for critically ill, medically fragile, and injured cats bringing them to full recovery and finding them a forever home. Many of these felines are sent to us from local shelters.  We also rescue abused, neglected, abandoned, and homeless cats/kittens and accept felines from families needing to surrender their cats due to financial difficulties, divorce, family death, etc.  These beautiful creatures are placed with our foster families and offered for adoption after all medical and social needs have been satisfied.  

Our medically fragile cats/kittens represent 10% of our population but over 50% of our veterinary expenses. Kaydee's promise rescued and placed over 300 cats and kittens in 2021 into their forever-loving home.  We utilize low-cost snip clinics and receive a generous discount from our veterinary provider, but it is difficult to control the cost associated with our medically fragile cats and kittens.

Our foster families and volunteers have extensive experience with felines including several with Veterinary Technician experience. That is why I am so excited to Foster for this Organization and to support them through Give for Good Louisville.  

All funds raised support our programs and mission.  We are 100 % volunteer based.
